Before beginning a case or transaction, we discuss our rates and, depending upon the client’s needs and the nature of the assignment, provide our best estimate of the fees to be incurred. We make special payment arrangements upon request and, when circumstances permit, agree to fixed or capped fees. Detailed monthly invoicing is standard, and we itemize our bills in one-tenth of an hour increments, exactitude that, we believe, is more cost-effective.
