From the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Randolph Street:

• Go north on Michigan to South Water Street (between Wacker Drive to the north and Lake Street to the south).
• Turn right (east) onto South Water and go two blocks to Columbus Drive.
• Turn right (south), stay in the right-hand lane and drive for a block.
• Turn right (west) onto the down ramp, at the bottom of which is a stop sign.
• Turn right (north) and go approximately one block to the entrance of our garage.

The Prudential Plaza garage exits on Lower Randolph Drive, the bottom level of a three level street, so returning to the top level can be confusing. As you exit the garage you are driving east on Lower Randolph. Consult the following directions when leaving:

• Drive on Lower Randolph one block to Lower Columbus.
• Turn left (north) on Lower Columbus and immediately go up the ramp on the far right-hand side of Lower Columbus, which will bring you to midlevel Columbus Drive.

To reach Lake Shore Drive:

• Turn right (south) on midlevel Columbus and drive to midlevel Randolph.
• Turn left (east) onto Randolph and drive until you see the entrances to north- and southbound Lake Shore Drive.

To reach I-90 (Kennedy Expressway):

• Turn right (west) onto midlevel Randolph and continue west through the Loop to the Kennedy.

To reach I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway):

• Continue south on midlevel Columbus about a mile to Congress Parkway.
• Turn right (west) on Congress, which becomes the Eisenhower as you leave downtown.
• The Eisenhower intersects the Dan Ryan and the Kennedy expressways for north- or southbound travel.

Located in the Prudential Building, 130 East Randolph Street, suite 3800, our downtown office occupies one of Chicago's oldest skyscrapers, situated at the northeast corner of Michigan Avenue and Randolph Street. The following directions can help you locate this intersection in Chicago's Loop. For directions from Michigan and Randolph to our building's underground garage—or for directions leaving the garage—please consult the left-hand column on this page.

Travel south to Randolph Street.

• Exit at Randolph and head west a few blocks to the intersection at Michigan Avenue.

Three expressways lead toward downtown Chicago from the north and northwest: the North-West Tollway and the Edens and Kennedy expressways. I-90 (North-West Tollway) merges into I-90/I-94 (Kennedy Expressway) at Harlem Avenue. I-94 (Edens Expressway) merges into the Kennedy between Lawrence and Montrose avenues. Once on the Kennedy, you will see numerous exits for downtown Chicago. To reach our office:

• Exit at Randolph Street and proceed due east to the intersection at Michigan Avenue.

Four expressways lead into downtown Chicago from the west: the North-West and East-West tollways and the Eisenhower and Stevenson expressways. See directions entitled “From North and Northwest” if taking I-90 (North-West Tollway). See directions entitled “From South and Southwest” if taking I-55 (Stevenson Expressway). If taking I-88 (East-West Tollway), which merges in Hillside into I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway), the most direct west-to-east route follows:

• Proceed east on I-290 into Chicago. The Eisenhower becomes the Congress Expressway when you enter the Loop.
• Continue east to Michigan Avenue.
• Turn left (north) onto Michigan and proceed about a mile to the intersection at Randolph Street.

Three expressways lead into downtown Chicago from the south: I-55 (Stevenson Expressway), I-57 (Bishop Ford Expressway, which becomes I-94 at the junction at 95th Street) and I-94 (Dan Ryan Expressway). I-55 and I-94 converge at an exit to Lake Shore Drive.

• Exit at Lake Shore Drive (northbound).
• Continue north on Lake Shore Drive to Balbo.
• Turn left (west) on Balbo for a short drive to Michigan Avenue.
• Turn right (north) on Michigan and continue about a mile to the intersection at Randolph Street.
